Complaint Against Wrong Billing By Airtel
I have an Airtel broadband (landline) connection with No. 0129-4014349. My account no. is 13240329. This connection is activated from December 2007, and i received the 100% waiver off on my internet usage. But from January 2011 this service has been terminated without any information to me, and as a result I received bill of Rs. 6702/-. I requested to Mr. Rohit (at 121 customer care no.) with complaint no. 187298732 (on 28/02/11 at around 08:00 PM) but he was unable to resolve this and asked me to complaint to this issue to Nodal Officer. I have then approached to the Nodal Officer on 1st of March 2011 where she had given me the complaint no. 43615850 and asked me to wait 24 hours. Then I received an e-mail on 2nd of March 2011, according to which my bill was correct. Then I approached to appellate authority (third and last escalation). Where miss Divya (appellate officer on behalf of Mr Vikas) told me sorry for the inconvenience and again asked me to pay the current bill.
