I got my flight ticket from Bom to ADL before 3 months ago. But because of urgent work, I need to go there 1 week ealier. So I have been contacting to Yatra.com to change my ticket. But Nothing happened.
Here is the story, 1. They never let me know extenstion number Whenever I called them, I had to repeate the same thing again again.They never let me know their extenstion number.
And everytime they promised me to call me back “after 5 mins” but still I haven’t got any call from them. 2. No email reponse Why they have customer care team? I sent complanit email around 20 times, no one replied to me. No one 3. Visa assitance program The reason why I got the ticket in this company was because of their free visa assitance program.
But for last 3 months, I haven’t got any assitance from them. 4. They have been ignoring a foregin national customer. No one contacted me, no one replied to my email, no one replied to my calls… I am sick of their poor service. in my country 30 mins is enough to slove this problem, but in India It took almost 1 week, but I couldn’t solve my problem and I have been wasting my time and money because of them. i can not believe their poor sevice mind. All indian companies are like this?
