Complaint Regarding Balance Deduction Due to Unavoidable Calls
I have a number 9997971307 which is related to your service provider. on 24 June , 2011, i have got a missed call from 923009824314 and after that i call back without prefix 0 and the receiver told me that i have won a lottery from AIRTEL and he is the executive of AIRTEL and give me another number 923087509457 and said that it is his senior’s number. for this call, my Rs.30 balance has been deducted and when i have called to customer care than no satisfactory feedback has been given me.
Now, its my humble request that a suitable action has been taken against the faulter and a fast remedy provide me as early as possible.
