Complaint Regarding Videocon D2H Connection

This email is in regards to the multi room connection I purchased from the online D2H center on 4th Feb 2011.

As per the agreement these were the connection along with the respective charges for them as charged from me:

Connection 1 – Rs 1,590.00 with 3 months complimentary subscription of New Diamond Pack

Connection 2 – Rs 988.00 with 1 month complimentary subscription of New Diamond Pack

Subscription – Rs 300.00 for New Diamond package on the 2nd connection for two months (150*2)

Total payment made: Rs 2878 via CC on 4th Feb 2011

The consolidated payment in lieu of the above was Rs 2,878.00 , which was duly made by me on 4th Feb 2011.

Unfortunately, both of my connections has been prematurely discontinued from April 18, 2011 though all my dues are clear till May 4, 2011.

    The query raised by you has been checked and the Rs. 300 RCV applied to the account. I believe that the call was received by Videocon d2h Online (CSE: Beena) on 22 April 2011 and hope we have resolved the issue within the committed timeframe.

    my name is akhil makhija.i got a new connection on 09/09/2011.my customer id is 52392830.before videocon d2h i was having TATA SKY & the person who came for installing videocon d2h he used old TATA SKY wire for installing.the wire required for installing used 25 mtrs & he only gave 22 mtr as per the scheme we got diamond pack free for 50 days but after 35 days our connection was cut & when i called the customer care they didnt gave any response

    We have facing problem to Videocon d2h connection which is our corporate office. We have call customer care more than 15-20 time last 10 days in all time the company said that your problem will short out very soon. We have connection and also recharge with full pack and all kind of solution which given by the company we take, but still we have no solution.Sir we have requieste you that please short out as early as possible.
