Continuous Balance Reduction by Airtel for no Reason

I am Kiran Yelave i am living in bangalore. I am using airtel prepaid card but from so many days my balance is going down like anything. Now a day its my daily work to call customer care and ask why you are reducing my balance and i have to take it back from them. Again next day same position. Every time the customer care person telling same thing it will not happen next time. But again they are reducing my balance. Now i am getting frustratio due to this and again for calling them i am loosing my balance. Because of that i am complaining here for justice. I hope so i will get justice here.

    Hi Kiran, Same prbolem i am facing from last month. If you get any solution from consumer court, please inform me. I want to take a legal action against Airtel.

    Hi,

    Same problem here. I have an Android phone and I thought the data services which the email account sync uses are causing the balance to go down. I have signed out of internet apps, removed my email configs from my phone, even then I find Rs 30/day balance cut. This is ridiculous .

    I have lost Hundereds of Rupees i a year .. The movement i recharge and with in one day it will went to -ve balance. Automatically some of the options will be enabled for you like Dictionary vocabs, criticket alerts etc.,and your balance will be cut with out your confirmation.

    We do not got any messages regarding the balance cut. They don’t notify any thing thorough messages and Directly balance will be lost. Unless we call to customer care we dont even know why the balance cut and what are the services Activated on our phone. The Joke in Airtel is The services will be automatically Activated with out prior notice and Balance Automatically Deducted with out prior notice.. I hate , hate , hate and hate the Airtel. IT doesn’t have online recharge option for customers in its site. Worst website it has..I frustrated with this Service Provider
