Cruel joke by IOCL – Jacked up BG to disqualify / deny PP to ESM ( O).

GHAR is supposed to be COCO scheme in an extended form to be alloted to ESM (O) to resettle them . IOCL div office Hyd is most arbitrary adhoc and non-cooperative towards the cause of ESM ( O). Till then they were seen running a racket by getting ESM sponsored from Distt /AP soldiers bd . Now they have switched to referring to DGR delhi all to deny in real sense.

BG for PLOT NO 7 HITEC CITY HYD -64 LACS

BG for Jubilee Hill hyd- 43 .46 lacs.
Its obvious ESM who requires to be resettled will never get a ghar/PP and then will go to CIVILIANS OF THEIR CHOICE . What a cruel joke by IOCL . Is there an OB IOCL listening?

    The IOCL AP State Centre has send me a reply on my complaint on their most adhoc arbitrary allotments for dealerships as well as employment as job contractor / service provider.
    I have with me the details of allotment of dealership of RO in the state of AP . There are only 3 allotments in the past 5 years to the dependents ( authenticity can not be checked as personal no of the defence peronnel is not found mentioned . There are 8 % quota for the defence personnel .
    Secondly in the month of Jul last year one of the retd Lt Gen out of 12 retd defence personnel sponsored by AP Sainik Bd was selected duly interviewed in the office of Div Manager at Sec’bad. It was then called Job Contractor and they are referring them as Service provider .
    As per their updated guidelines service providers are to be either from retd def ser personnel or from civil govt personnel . The SOP however is not clear what is the percentages of service providers be employed from def ser personnel ( official as they stated ) . There are many more anomalies . The jacked up BG is beyond the capacity of a retd def official . It is only a ploy to deny the dealership and the service provider jobs to the needy people who needs to resettled post retirement . The issue had also been taken up by the office of AP Sainik Bd which is proactive in helping retd def personnel to resettle post retirement as quickly as possible . The Iocl on the other hand is busy complcating the issue to deny as much defence officials as possible for the dealerships as well as the job of the service providers.

    THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT CTM MR:R.K JAISWAL OF SEWRI WADALA TERMINAL MUMBAI IS A VERY CORRUPTED OFFICER.WITHOU TAKING BRIBE FROM CONTRACTOR AND TRANSPORTERS HE DOSEN’T DO ANY WORK.HE CALLS THEM TO THEIR HOUSE AND TAKE BRIBE AND THEN DO THEIR WORK.HE IS NOT ONLY SPOILING THE IMAGE OF THE IOCL COMPANY BUT HAS ALSO DROPPED BACK THE IOCL COMPANY IN THE MARKET.

    I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT HE HAS
    PURCHASED A FLAT AT PUNE OF RS 8000000/- AND PURCHASED A FLAT AT GHATKOPAR NEAR R CITY MALL OF RS 2 CRORE 18 LAKHS.AND HAD FINANCED 60 LAKHS FROM BANK.HE PAID RS 1 CRORE 58 LKHS IN BLACK MONEY.HE PROUDLY AND RUDELY COLLECT EVERY MONTH MONEY FROM ALL THE TRANSPORTER AND ALSO TELLS THAT IF ANY ONE WILL NOT GIVE HIM MONTHLY MONEY HE WILL BLACKLIST THEM FOM THE COMPANY.TRANSPORTERS AND CONTRACTORS ARE GETTING SCARED AND GIVING HIM MONEY HE TAKES MONY ON THE ROAD SIDE OR AT HOME HE DOSENT TAKE MONEY IN THE IOCL COMPANY.THEY ALSO GET SCARED TO TELL THIS TO ANY ONE IF AT ALL HE WILL COME TO KNOWE HE WILL CLOSE THE WORK.FOR PAST PAST 25 YRS WE HAVENT SEEN SUCH TYPE OF CTM THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE SEEN SUCH TYPE OF OFFICER WHO IS EMPLOYED IN IOCL.

    WE ARE TELLING YOU THIS SIR BEACUSE HE HIS COMPLETELY SPOILING THE NAME OF THE IOCL COMPANY IN THE MARKET.YOU PLEASE START INVETIGATING IT AND ALL WILL COME INFRONT OF YOU.
