I am facing great trouble. I have a reliance gsm connection. The company deducted my monthly sms amount 39 from my account, but messages at 1 paisa didnot get renewed. On complaining to customer care, after 48 hours, the service resumed, but Rs.39 got deducted again. Just agter 5-6 days, again i received a message to ensure sufficient balance for message pack renewal, Again a deduction of Rs. 39. I am fed up, message service not working, am getting charged at Rs.1 per message, while I have been made to pay three times already. Veryt poor customer servive. I take pitty on reliance. I am now going to lodge a formal complaint with consumer court. They have killed my time and given me a lot of inconvinience. There super poor customer care is a long project to connect to. If connected, takes a second to disconnect.

Please help me out.
