Substandard product and poor service. I have purchased NOKIA 5233 from mobilestore kullu on 17 jul 2010. within one month of purchase its touch screen started malfunctioning. I visited nokia care centre at gandhinagar kullu(HP). The service rep Mr Pawan kumar initially told me that it is a virus problem.

But after one hr of effort he told that there is a very small scratch at the corner of the screen which i could not see. To my utter surprise he refused to repair the mobile under warranty and asked for rs 1800. Is this kind of product nokia is selling and leaving services to incompetent boys. .

The nokia care centere has refused to give me any ref no for my serrvice complaint. Even the spares are not avialble with them.

They asked me to come after two days for repair on payment basis. I want your help in getting my mobile repaired under warrany.

Pl educate others not to go for NOKIA TOUCH SCREEN MOBILE. The screen is TOUCH ME NOT TYPE.
