Delay in Disconnecting a Connection by Airtel
i have already requested your company thrice for disconnection of our Landline and Broadband Connection due to our sudden shift to abroad but till now our phone is working. we are not in India but our relative who live there told us about the bill which generated by your company but after applying for disconnection how the phone was working and for what reasons the bill was generated is out of my understanding.
Kindly take some action against this kind of things when the customer doesn’t want the connection any more then why these company is not disconnecting the connection.
