I am a user of your prepaid mobile no. 9370606643. Sir i have been using this number from last 4 years and havent faced any problem so far, but few days back i got message from your webworld that i have to submit some related documents, which i did on 21/8/2010.

Sir even after doing this my outgoing and incomming calls were discontinued without any prior information to me. Sir i had even lodged a complaint regarding this and the complaint number is 134682636.

Sir i had even spoke to the concerned nodal officer regarding the same but nothing have been done till yet other than they giving me assurance that it will get activated within 24 hrs. Sir from last 3 days i have been running pilliar to post to your officers at your dutta mandir (nasik road) branch but nothing has been done till yet.

Sir if my problem is not sorted out in 24 hours i will have to approach the consumer readdresal forum and launch a complaint against your company, but since i had been using this connection from 4 yrs and having a little faith on you, i thought it is my duty to inform you about the trauma i have gone through because of this. I expect that you will address my probelem as early as possible.
