Through the local Dealer at Sector-8 Shopping Complex, Ukkunagaram, Visakhapatnam-32.

Dear Sir,

Sub- Disconnection of prepaid telephone no 800849 4741without assigning any reason. Ref –1) Filled in Application no:17181378,

Enclosed please find the copy of the application with its enclosures. This connection was disconnected without assigning any reason in writing as can be readily seen from the application. Further no reason could be obtained from any body who were contacted including the dealer himself. After disconnection and subsequent futile talks with some six people to revive the connection the original application was returned on 01.03.2010 to us by the dealer. The talks took place after going to the dealer’s office at Kurumanapallem thrice at 6.30 PM, 5.55 PM and at 4.30 PM respectively on three different days spread over 10 days to get some person on the third day only. How ever during the talks the following points emerged.

1- Connections can be disconnected without assigning any reason.

2- The costumer is to go to the main dealer’s office and to find out for himself/herself as soon as it is disconnected.

3- The same connection can not be revived.

4- A new connection shall not be given to the same person.

5- The balance money against the connection shall not be refunded.

With such ordeals, do you want us to continue with your company? If yes, please revive the connection/ allot a new connection and transfer the balance money to this connection/ return the balance money. (Around Rs 150/-, balance from a Rs 222/- coupon). For redressing our grievance, we give you two weeks time. Keeping your reputation in the market in view; we wish a necessary action from your end. Y

Dear Ms Lavanya, This number 800849471which you are referring is not the number. The correct one being 8008494741 have been diconnected by you which has called for my mail to your CEO with details of the letter that I had given to your local Customer Service Manager; so how can you get any body in that number? I am attaching once again the letter that is referred above and giving my Air tel number for further needful.

My number- 9949333554. I am happy to note that; the CEO really cares. If you can resume the number my wife shall be happy so also me and my family members.
