Discount for Sr. citizens in Indian Railways
I purchased following tickets for travel on various dates :
1. Hyd. Express (Train No. 17031), PNR 815-4053016, 2AC, dated 20.06.2011
2. Hussainsagar Express (Train No.12702), PNR 115-0260426, 2AC, dated 03.07.2011
3. Intercitty Exp. (Train No. 12128), PNR 854-1644347, Pune to Mumbai CST, dt 14.04.11
4. Pragati Express (Train No. 12125), PNR 854-1644234, Mumbai CST to Pune Jn., dt 11.04.11
As per Railway Budget 2011, both myself (67 yrs) and my wife (58 years) are entitled to a Sr. Citizen Discount of 40%. There is no implementation of the same and officers at the Railway office are unable to refund the said incentives. How & When will I get the Refund for the above tickets?
