2. Having Dish T.V. D.T.H service connection.
3. Not updating my account position in the Dish T.V.Menu as a result always charge Rs.20 for grace period on the pretext that recharge is not done in time. No information is provided and deduct the said amount just for nothing. This is a regular practice with them.
4. They activated All India cricket pack @ Rs. 40 per month without any request from me. On telling them about this mistake on their part they claim that their staff are above mistakes. This pack was activated on 24th of February,2011 and deducted from my account balance with them.Later on on 15th March the recharge was made of Rs. 300 for a silver pack of Rs. 135 per month and Rs 11 for colors channel, They deducted Rs. 40 again and The next recharge was due on 22nd of April so they deducted again Rs. 40 for this pack. I told them to deactivate the same to which they say’No’ and told me that this is for 90 days pack as per the rules of Dish T.V. I told them that they have already collected 40×3 for this pack and now deactivate it. Then they said that o.k.we will deactivate it but I should get the recharge done before it.
I got the recharge done on 27th April and they have done the same thing. They have deducted the sports channel charges and reduced the no. of days for calculating the next recharge date.
