I’m having problem in my MTNL landline for the past 2.5 months..While calling or recieving calls there is a lot of disturbance during call.. It is impossible to hear the voice of the person on other side.. I’v already complainted ton’z of times to MTNL..Their concerned persons come and say itz alright problem solved but the porblem still persists and i am just fed up of MTNL… Im harassed by MTNL…Im just paying bill which is of no use because i cannot hear or call.. My wife is paralytic nd heart patient.. I have to make important cals to the doctor..in case of any emergency i am not able to make any cal and some misshapp takes place who will be responsible tellme.. I am a senior citizen.. My age is 75yrs..Please help me i will b thankful to u..
