i am from Jalandhar, Punjab ,few days before i visit EASY DAY SHOPPING MALL there i like LCD TV 42 INCHES , when i disuses about its price they also offer me that along with T.V you may got free AIRETEL SET TOP BOX and one year subscription of Rs 4990 free . believing this scheme to true .

on 12th June 2011 Sunday , i have purchased a LCD TV 42 inches from EASY DAY SHOPPING MALL ( VISHAL TOWER) along with that i also got AIR TEL SET-TOP box and one year subscription recharge coupon for Rs 4990. in few days SET-TOP box is installed , when i tries to recharge this SET-TOP box with recharge coupon which i got from EASY DAY SHOPPING MALL , it is not recharged , then i go to AIRTEL office from where i come to know that this recharge coupon is INVALID. then again i come to EASY DAY SHOPPING MALL complaining regarding recharge of coupon , they say that is matter of AIRTEL DIGITAL TV you should consult with them AIRTEL DIGITAL TV says it is matter of EASY DAY shopping mall , i dont know whose matter it is but i lost my Rs 4990 /- so today i mail you regarding which is solution available for me ??? i got recharge coupon on which serial no. is 5201113499001008 PIN is 79394953578***** my customer id is 3008181037 ( for the time being i recharge one more coupon for Rs 1250 )

plz help me regarding this RECHARGE VOUCHER

plz give me credit of Rs 4990 which i not received

you should investigate the matter also .,.,,,,,.,.,.
