i was a seler on ebay with user id rikin9300. I had 23 positive feedbacks from satisfied customer. then all of a sudden my account was suspended without providing any satisfactory reason for the same. however by that time i had already completed few transactions and was expecting their remittance.
I was expectin a remittance of rs 29601/- for the following three paisa pay ids 26534583122 26534081411 26534258640 on 17 th april 2010.here is when the trouble started when my paisa pay account was suspended on 17th april 2010.
on contacting the paisa pay support i was told tht for paisa pay id 26534258640 the amount will be refunded back to the buyer by 24th and for the remaining 2 paisa pay id the transaction will be reviewed, and accordingly il be informed.
Till date neither the buyer has received the refund nor i have received my money. I contacted their customer support on numerous occassions only to receive false assurance and wrong deadlines. I got a call from chaitali on 25th saying tht 26534583122 26534081411 ids have been reviewed and il receive the money for the same in nxt remittance cycle and for the remaining id the buyer will be refunded in nxt two days. Again i kept following after 2 days only to know tht il be updated about the same after two days.
Again i called after two days i was told tht the case has been put under high priority and it wil be resolved in 2 days i was given ref no as 00327035 and 00328103. on contacting again after 2 days mr sohail sayed who was acting as a supervisor assured me tht he will call back on monday 3rd may 2010 and he did not turn up so i called
only to be informed tht the update will be provided the nxt day. i called on tuesday on 4th april and i was informed that sohail will call back withtin an hour. he did not call as usual.I again called in the evening and was told that the update will be definitely provided in the next 24 hours. this process is on going and their customer rep courageously keep saying tht there is still no update.
On occassions the customer rep even say tht it is because the account is suspende. they behave as if i have stolen their money and cheated customers. If any one has gone through similar pain please guide me how to get My money from these crooks.
I personally suggest sellers to be carefull i know the business you get is too tempting to leave ebay but then you would not want to lose everything you earned in a day to this crooks. the mental harassment is enormous and they get away always because they have made us sign stupid arguements that are hard to understand.
