Complaint: i cannot downlod my digital signture, i am a gold taxsmile customer and my id is 30519, i am getting a message that the system could not process my request this time,earlier before today and yesterday when i had tried to download
i got the message that the certificate is not ready for download and today that the system could not process try later.the customer service phone nor the online chat is available for help today.
i had spoken to customer service yesterday nd they hd sid tht the site is facing technical difficulties.how will people move to technology changes if services cannot be handled.
