Loan no. STL-250041.For Rs 5,00,000/- EMI Rs 20,145. Dibursment January 2008 Foreclosure Rs 2,90,740/- on 1.9.2009. Further on subsequent dates ECS realised (3*20,145/-) Rs 60,435/- for Nov.2009, Dec.2009 and Jan.2010.First objection filed on 4.11.2009. Then last up to 19.11.2010 a series of letters and/or reminders were sent. The kotak people are very reluctant to reply and/or response against these piece of papers.
