Excessive Bill Charged by Tata Docomo
I had subscribed a Tata Docomo 3G internet connection the service of which started on 17th Sept 2011.
The agent sold me a Docomo Dongol of cost Rs6000 (Wifi-Hub)along with the plan.
The plan is unlimited internet usage @Rs 1000 per month, but the speed of 3G will automatically come down to 2G if the usage of 3G connection goes beyound 5GB per month.
I got the first bill came on 7th Oct 2011 of amount Rs2381. But as per the plan it should be Rs600 plus taxes. So they charged for the additional usage of 3GB.
Again next month bill generated on 7th Nov 2011 they charged me Rs4425. As per the plan it should be Rs1000 plus taxes.
I wrote several mails to them with the scanned copy of the plan. They said they will resolve the issue and ask me to settle the amount.
Therefore I stopped paying the bill. As my credit limit is stands exceeded they have disconnected the connection and keep on adding the monthly bills everymonth.
Till now they did not resolve the matter inspite of several mails the recovery team is calling several times and harassing/threatening me.
Therefore I now seek your intervention and kind support. I have all the mail communication and plan details with me.
Please guide me the subsequent procedure to be followed.
I want to sue them for the above case and seek compenssation for the loss of money towards the cost of dongol(Wifi-Hub) and also for the trouble they have caused to me.
