Exchange Bonus not Given by Garve Motors Punet
I purchased a Hyundai i10 from Garve Motors, Pune on 31- May-2010. The car was delivered to me on 3-June-2010 with registration number MH-14-CC-1574 on full payment. On the date, I was already owner of another Maruti car – 800 with registration number MH-12-PA-5798. I exchange my car as per Hyundai policy/Garve |Motors Advt in newspaper, I am eligible for Exchange bonus of Rs 15000. I have submitted the original registration papers of my existing Hyundai car to Garve Motors.
The Sales Representative Mr. Prashant,Sumeet and Leena told me that the Exchange Bonus of Rs.15000/- will be get to you after 3 months of purchase of New Car.
After 3 months of purchasing of Car whenever I get in touch with them no one is taking care of my word.
However, till date (after 18 months of purchasing a new car) I have not received the exchange bonus from Garve Motors Pvt Ltd. The only answer that I receive from their representative is that they are processing these payments not just for me, but for more than 400 other customers. With 24%pa interest rate, I should receive Rs 20400 as Exchange bonus + interest from Garve Motors Pvt Ltd.
Kindly ensure that the amount is processed not just for me, but for other customers of Garve Motors Pvt Ltd as well.
