Extra Money Demanded to Handover RC and Smart Card by Hero Honda Pune
I brought a splendor +(VBK) at first as booking amount I paid Rs 5000 and then the concern salesman (employee ) told me that after you received a call from us you will pay remaining amount. I didn’t got any call in fact I follow for my Bick , then I paid all Rs 41346 amount total amount 5000+41346 = 46346 as per quotation and got my vehicle, when I need to collect some document like Insurance Rec. Tax Rec. Invoice , they told me that you have to pay Rs. 362 for price revised from Hero Honda. I am not agree with that because once you sold something then how can you charge for revised price That is most funniest thing, but the Manager of Showroom told me that you have to pay, without that we are not handover any document to you, I ask him why should to pay again? he told me to complaint any where even in Hero Honda company , then I paid 362 as difference, because there is obstruction for document and even though I got the invoice with Rs. 46558.00
I Received a call Today(26.07.2011) Also to paid Rs. 296 as difference in prize and my RC book & Smart Card pending with Them. the person told me that he forgot to told me to pay 658.00 as difference in amount without that i can’t get my RC Book & Smart Card.
I request you that please look into this matter kindly treat this mail as complaint
I also complaint with Hero Honda Zonal Office , Pune
why Should i Pay Every Time as Revised Prize.
