Fake Response of Micromax Service Centre
Sir,i baught a usb modem no.LMM..A310G,on 05.10.10 & submitted the same on 28.05.11 as it became u/s,i was told that it will take 15 to 20 days for replacement,i had been given many contact no.for confirming the progress,after 20 days i tried alot to contact but nobody has entertained my call,then i have called customer care & with refer.no.MMX-2106119133,they too have reacted in very irresponsible way,they asked 7 days time twice.after 16 days again they have asked 7 more days as my complain is under process.sir its seems that company is not bother for his customer loss,& also launching its undurable product in the market with fake statements of guarantee to his customers,due to their respose i am hurt ,& request you to take necessary action please.
