False Claim of Delivery by Letsbuy.com
I have purchased a product called Amzer super clear screen protector with cleaning cloth and silicon jelly case for my moblie MOTOROLA Charm MB 502 by order no, lsb-686731 on 4th dec. 2011.
I only got partial delivery of silicon case and creen protector was missing from the delivery. When i contacted them they said that do not have that in stock and will forward the request to procurement team from that time till date i am yet to receive the item. the timeline for delivery was 3-5 days and now more than 15 days are passed and i didnt get the product nor i got a single call from them. They have replied to my mails in very casual manner and promised that they would return call in next 24-48 hrs. which never happened.The call center guys dont know what to tell the customer and keep giving false promises.
They should rename their website as NEVERBUY.COM asthey never deliver the product despite repeated attempts also they said they will take 21 days to return payment refund which is ridiculous.Also even though this particular item is not in stock it continued to appear available on their website which is again ridiculos cos it prove that they dont pay any heed to cust. compaints and will continou to cheat ppl like this They are worst online shopping site and bunch of cheaters nothing else….good luck to ppl who buy from them.BE AWARE there are better sites than these and will give you guaranteed products.
