Flauting of RBI Rules and Regulation & Cheating By ICICI Bank Officials

I had a home loan from ICICI Bank Ltd. vide Loan Account No. LBJMR00000903115 and they increase the interest rate upto 1.5 percent from the the offer letter to the date of disburshment of the said loan though at that time no other bank had any increase in the interest rate in home loan account and subsequently they unilaterally incresed the EMI with out my approval or intimation and started to keep the differance amount of enhanced EMI amount as non payment though they had my PDC on the earlier rate of EMI and subsequently demnanded for the diferrance amount with interest and delay payment charges and by depositing the PDC on belated dates also added dalay payement charges as I have been cheated by the said bank time to time as such finally on 09.02.2010

I was compelled to close the said account by giving all illegal demands made by the said bank, but till date I have not been returned with the Original documents pertaining to my property which were kept in mortgage with the said bank for which I am unable sell off my property to the prospective purchaser who had advanced me part consideration amount after clearance and closer of the aforesaid loan account and as the original documents were not returned by the said bank officials inspite passing of one month from the date of closer of the loan account finally the said purchaser cancelled the deal and I had to refund him the advance amount with interest and compensation of a sum of Rs. 50,000/-. Day by day due to the aforesaid illegal act on the part of your bank I am suffering not only monetary loss but also sustaining mental agony for which I have decided to brought all the persons to dock.

    dear sir,
    my A/c No. in icici bank is 017201512205
    balance in my A/c in date 3-oct-2007 is Rs.34804
    in date 3-oct-2007 i clareing the chq no 453047 Rs.25000 acording to bank statement it is cleared and my balance Rs.9804.Then in smae date my same chg no. 453047 is uncleared and deposit in Rs. 25000 in bank A/c But 3-oct-2007 Rs.393 cut in my A/c against my chg no.453047.I complaint in my local branch of icici bank hisar.Bank not give me a responce. you give me a clear information and certfy email in my id. thanks

    Check out RBI’s banking ombudsman scheme and a file a complaint against ICICI. After your complaint is resolved, close all your accounts with ICICI and join SBI.

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I Took home Loan from SBI bank, Branch VSEZ, Vishaka Patnam on Jul2007 for House Purchse at Visakhapatnam. Loan Ac no. is 30199866933. Initially they were told interest 9.5% in Jul.11 and while sanctioning loan they brought upto 10.5%. On phased manner SBI brought up to 12.5% on Jul 2011 which is not fair from banks putting so much of burden customers. 96% amount whatever EMI I am paying current deducting as interest. At this this rate I need to pay huge amount as interest and even after 100years this Loan will not close. Request you have some regulations on SBI bank for Home loan interest.

    I spoke to Branch manager(VSEZ) and he expressed his help less and not even finding his efforts to cutomer feed back / complaint to his higher officials or Head office
