Fraud and Mispresentation in Customer Services by Bharti Airtel ltd

(Manu Agarwal) availing the DTH services of Bharti Airtel Ltd. since Nov.08. A very disappointing issue has been created by this company that harassed me. The issue is as follows:-

1. I recharged my DTH on 06 Dec 2009 by Rs.1000 and after 2 days received a call from Bharti Airtel informing that my amount is valid up to Oct. 2010.

2. Again in Jan 2010 I received a call from Bharti Airtel informing that my amount is valid only upto 15th July 2010.

3. In this regard I communicate many times at company’s customer care with Navila, Soumya and Abhinay in Lucknow and after that Ashish and Vikram in Delhi but they are saying that the rates have hiked from 15th Dec 2009.

4. Finally my DTH services have been discontinued on 27th Jun 2010 instead of Oct 2010.

Ethically, when I have recharged before 15th Dec 2009 the old rates should be applicable. The new rates should be applicable only on the recharge made on 15 Dec 2009 and onwards but Bharti Airtel has unethically applied new rates on my old balance.

I am totally tired to discuss this issue with different persons at customer care but nobody is ready to resolve the issue. Now I am totally helpless. Request you to please look in to the matter and help me in to be get compensate.
