GE Money Complaint – Increase in Rate of interest

I have taken a loan from GE Money -loan a/c no GPGL 00000928 @ 10.75% IN MAY 2007. The rate was changed to 13.5% without infroming me. When the interest rates were reduced by all the banks, GE Money reduced it to 13.1% whereas the other banks have brought it down to 8 to 10.5%
I approached Vijaya Bank kalyani Nagar for taking over and submitted the relevant documents, but they have given up because of non-coperation from GE Money city point office as per the manager Vijaya bank Kalyani Nagar Pune Branch.
