Godrej Washing Machine Not Upto Mark
we had purchased godrej washing machine from reliance hypermart ltd on 31/05/2009. but from the same day we were not able to use the product becouse the reason “spin motor problem”.
we use to complaint every time & company engineers use to visit my site & replace the defected product 15days after my compalint. now warranty period has completed & company has raised their hands. i asked reliance people to replace the product but they denied to do the same.
mean time i had send many emails to godrej but they have not reverted to a single mail.
Pls help me in solvng my problem.
