Harassment by Reliance Consumer Finance Staff
Reliance capital had finance a car lona amount 310000/-EMI was 7130/-PM.i was paying regularly even it got bounced also then i paid vai cash every time. Total EMI Paid 40, amount 270000/- but in the month of july 11, i could not paid month EMI, same had been informed to Reliance customer care & one of his ghatkopar office also.
I had given time also that i will pay in the month of Oct11.
But they had took my car in their custody & i am ready to pay over dues EMI & charges. They call me every time in their office to paymnet but every time they uses volgur languges & using abusive languges & through me out of their office.every time they give me new T&C at the time of payment.thus i could not pay.
Since 22/10/11, they took my car. all incident what happening with me is mentioning below please resolve my problem & save me to be mental of even i can do suside also because i have been very frustreted….
Mr.Iyer told that issue should get resolved our junior level. Then i had explained the whole story where is the problem,why the problem & problem to whom.
After that issue was clear on the basis of my address verification, told me Mr.Nair.
According to Mr. Nair, I had changed my residential address,few months later,after financing the vehicle, because his many collection persons had visited many times to my residence but i got shifted t another place.Which is not updated in Reliance Consumer Finance, As Mr.Nair had asked me..
But i clearly told that i am staying since 5 years in the same flat,when i was financing my car that address was given since i am staying in same flat with my family.I don’t know how was you collection Person was verifying my address that i had shifted.Even,any of my family member in 24hr.is available at the same address.
According to Mr.Nair, once again he want to reverifying my residential address. I said okay. You send your person a the same address.
Still, there were not any concern person had gone to verifying my residential address.
Please Note- Why RCF are making me mentally since 22/10/2011, & not releasing my car, after making my EMI paid 40 EMI & 270000/- & over dues & charges wish to pay.
I don’t understand what is the problem with me to your Employee Mr.Sanjay Trivedi. It seems that he is retuning the issue now on his personal level. I don’t know why.
Continue-sly, i am calling him after receiving the below mail. He was making excuses each & every time. i had visited to your below mentioned address given by customer care but they don’t have any idea about my issue.
Then i had called to Mr.Sanjay Trivedi, he told me new T&C every time, sometime i will be checking the total amount & will tell me. I was waiting till evening but no response.
Next day same response from his side.
He told me you called Customer care, then customer care put me on hold around half hr.& finally reply sir concern person will call you.
I have been really fad-up such pathetic response from RCF employees.
Each & every time RCF says to follow new T&C. As today Mr.Sanajy Trivedi told me please you collect your employment proof,if you come without the same your car will not be released.
Then i had called him in evening around 5.30pm today 12/12/11 he told me please don’t call me you call to our customer care they will tell you what the documents you required & how much amount you have to pay.
Now i had lost my very much precious time to resolve such issue. RCF is really making me fool each & every time. Such dirty response from Reliance Consumer Finance made me in very much stressed.I am following since 22/10/2011 but there is no proper response.Each & Every employees are from RCF are forcing me very much mentally harshening since 22/10/2011. its around 50 days over but my problem has not resolve even i met senior management also.
I have been very much mentally disturbed due to Reliance Consumer Finance employees Mr. Sanjay Trivedi etc.due to that i could not sleep whole night, could not eat food properly, could not managed my family.for which i have lost happiness & joy.
for which in near future, if will meet in an accident or attempted to do suiside. After this if i died then Reliance Capital Limited would be whole responsible.
