With respect to the above Home Loan, I logged a request on 16th February 2011 (Service Reference Number – SR167812269. Bank has wrongly adjusted the repayments made so far towards Interst. Out of Rs. 40 Lacs paid by me so far, they have adjusted Rs. 37 Lacs towards Interest. Moreover, the Tenor of my Loan has been increased from 15 Years to 42 Years.
All my attempts to get satisfactory clarifications from Bank Officers have failed and recently they have even stopped replying to my mails.
This is really frustrating and painful.
