I was having network problem with Aircel so after going through all the facilities I decided to go for MNP to VODAFONE.
I visited the Vodafone store and enquired about the services which i was getting with aircel.
The executive there told me that i can get GPRS package for 95Rs only and can use it on my Iphone 3G.
After all the queries I got my number to Vodafone.
Within just 24 hrs I came to know about all the hidden and completely diffrent services.
I am not able to use call forwarding facility as it is not for the prepaid customers….
I am not able to use GPRS or 3g services as they are not available as told for Rs.95/-.
There are seperate and very costly plans for Iphone.
It costs 5 paise for 10Kb data.
There is no plan of Rs.95 for Iphone,dont know why.
Vodafone is charging Rs.100/- for just as service charge and no free usage… they are just trying to suck all the money from the regular prepaid customers. All other Operators are providing call forwarding for free,Gprs plans same for all the handsets.
Then is it that vodafone is not at all cared about its customers?
Now I am stuck as I cant get back to my first operator,nor I can get to Postpaid for 90 days min…
Please can anyone guide me for the same and help me with these problems?
