HTC Mobile Handset Defective
Frequent complaints on HTC Touch Screen Mobile Set, during warranty they have replaced the mother board and later loaded the software atleast 4 times, now they insist that the set is out of warranty, when the set was handed over to them and software loaded they claim that the screen is damaged. They offered me a discount of 20% for which I had dis-agreed, now they are offering me 50% discount with a 1 year warranty, as have lost confidence on the product as well the company seek the honourable Forum for getting me a replacement of the handset. The handset has been given to the service station at Borivali namely SG Infortech on the 27th July 2011 vide their job card nos RGS 1172700037 dt 27.7.11. The replacement of the motherboard, insallation of software repeatedly , their offer of discount, withdrawal of the product in the market itself indicates that they themselves do not ahve confidence on the product.
