Complaint: Date 10-07-09 Dear Sir, Sub: Regarding ICICI Bank credit card no. 4477_XXXX_XXXX_6004-48774 I am Rahul Kumar Sodahni, ICICI Bank have issued credit card no. 4477_XXXX_XXXX_6004-48774 in my name, But till date we have not received any such credit card.

In spite of that bank had made transactions from this card as per statement received by us through e-mail. These transactions are totally wrong. Many times I have written to the customer care division of your Bank and talked to kota branch officials, but they were not looking interested to solve my problems.

I am very disappointed with their attitude as I have not received any satisfactory reply and still now I am receiving call and statements from bank. Kindly look into the matter and solve the problem at the earliest.

    Dear Sir,

    I need a small cooperation from the bank. I had a personal loan with ICICI Bank for 1.35 Lacs(Loan A/c No.LPCAL00008158278) and I am supposed to clear off the last balance of Rs.20K(Approx). As I am unemployed for the last 7 months and unable to arrange the money, I need a month’s time from the bank from today, so that I can clear the bank dues latest by 31st August,2011.

    One lawyer appointed by the bank yesterday called up at my residence and spoke to my father who is a serious heart patient and threatened him of some severe consequences for non-payment.
    Yesterday night itself my father again suffered a mild attack in lieu of the tensions mounting due to the threatening call yesterday. I am not a customer who will run away with this small amount of the bank. Please help me, a father of a small kid.

    DEAR SIR, MY ICICI BANK DEBIT CARD IS BEEN BLOCKED SINCE YESTERDAY AROUND 1 PM. COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHEN I CAN USE IT AGAIN….. ITS URGENT…
