ICICI Direct Complaint – Frequent Outages During Trading Hours

I know softwares can be buggy. But not to this extent. Your dev team is incompetent. Please ask them to learn capacity planning.

It brings down the credibility of your website. I lost Rs 25,000 today because of somebody’s crappy job. Its hightime to fix the site or fix the people.

    It is high time that I switch to some other stock broking firm. Can someone please suggest me good alternatives. I have heard good reviews about Kotak Securities from my colleagues.

    Hi Kanwar, there are many Broking firms available these days and almost all provide the same benefits. You can do your necessary research and choose what suits you best. Like you’re Colleagues I too have an account with Kotak Securities. I have an account with them from quite some while, they have always been a reliable brand and their recommendations have always been of great help to me.

    Today, ICICI Securities sent an apology email to all ICICI direct customers for technical problem with their website that affected many customers
