Complaint:I have hospitalised for 2 days due to Kidney stones. During discharge from the Hospital, Doctor put me for 2 weeks observation. Hence i didn’t submitted the claims reimbursement in that two weeks. Keeping that 2 weeks observation period which Doctor clearly mentioned in discharge report
i have submitted my claims 18 days after observation period. Company has rejected my claim saying that i have submitted claim after 1 month with out even bothering to look at discharge report where 15 days observation period is mentioned.
Feel this compaies are happy till they receive premium amount and after that they won’t even bother to caRE about customer, even after making numebr of calls and sending mails. VERY VERY PATHTIC SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE AND ADVICE ALL THE READERS NOT TO GO WITH THIS KIND OF COMPANIES
