IDBI Bank-Unable to Contact them on Phone
I have been receving letters from IDBI bank with regards to my home loan payment not made.
The concern that i currently face in trying to get connected to someone in IDBI bank (marol) branch , anderi (east)
I have been trying to reach phone # 02265884455 , 02267158353 , 022267158326. However it just keeps ringing.
There have also been a couple of instances wherein someone has answered the call and just hung up.
Its very very frustrating and i am contemplating on moving my loan over to a different bank due to the service provided by IDBI.
Can someone please look into the same and revert on my email address.
