Idea 3G Service Providing Poor Speed
I am Azim Tole have been using Idea Netsetter data card,(Idea no 9594919050).
Recently i have opted for Idea 3G Netsetter Plan-599, but till date i am not getting the speed as specified. (7MBPS D/L). Also when I checked the connection it shows 2G service registered and does not show up for 3G services. Maximum speed which i am getting is 100 kbps, connection too is also not stable. Average connection speed is 20-30 kbps.
For this I have registered several complaints but nothing has happened.
When I called Idea customer care they said from our side 3G service has been activated on your sim, It seems to be a network problem.
For this network problem also I have registered a complaint. It was said to me that a person from network team would visit my place to resolve the issue. It’s been 2-3 days now nobody has visited yet to look for the issue. When I sent a SMS typing my complaint register no, I received a message saying “your communication has been processed successfully.”
It’s been really frustrating to call up idea customer care as every time my call was kept on hold for long time and no proper solution / response is also received.
Even an email has been sent to Nodal office about the above mentioned issue but nobody is bothered to look into the issue.
