I would request all of you to Choose another service provider other than Idea..!!!!. Even though I was a customer of Idea from 5 years I am saying this.
I got a call from Consultancy saying that I have got a special paln
Amnt : 199
Calls : 1200 min
After I to I : 10 paise
I to Other : 20 paise
SMS : Daily 100.
Hence i converted from prepaid to Postpaid . By the Time I got the sim I was aware that I was fooled & said no plans pertaining to it.
This was a half a way for me. When I called the consultancy for 6 times, 7th time they were able to convince me.But my sim has got deactivated ….!!! & it was my Birthday on that day and i didnt heard any wishes because of these guys…….
and also I missed up an important call from my client.Off now I am happy that i will be using the portability to find some other good Service provider.
