With regards to my bill for mobile no.9594997941/9594997942 for the month of Jun 2011, GPRS services is charged. Please note that at the time taking this plan your advisor Faizal Khan has very clearly told to me that GPRS services is unlimited in this plan Also please note that i have not gone to any idea gallary to purchase this plan your advisor has came to my office and started to give the information of idea billing plan. I was not interested to take this plan as i was happy with the services of Aircel where i am getting 98 rental internet which is absolutly unlimited for 30 days also call charges are also cheap. But when he told me that you will get all this facilities in just 150/- Rs. rental, i was happy to buy this plan.But when my no. was activated i have called to your customer care no.12345 on 28 May 2011 to cross check the details and then i came to know that GPRS is not free on this nos then logged a complaint and requested to give some free scheme or any discount or any solution for one month and they have confirmed me i will get response on 14 Jun 2011 but when i recd a call on 14 jun 2011 again they have just given the same information which not propoer solution as per my satisfaction.I need some satisfactory revert from idea otherwise i will go to consumer court for this….and till date i have not received any revert…
