Ignorance and Negligiance of MTNL Mumbai

I applied for an internet connection at MTNL in May 2011, which i received in 9 workings days from the date of application. It worked well for a week, but ever since, the connection has been unstable every alternate day. Since May 2011 till date I have called up the MTNL customer care for more than 30 times about the internet connection. They’ve either rudely refused to take my complaint or else never taken my complaints seriously. Since the last 6 days now, even my telephone line isn’t working properly. I called up the DGM office thrice in this week, but no luck so far. I don’t wish to pay their upcoming bill, as then i’ll be paying them for nothing, as I never got a proper service in this month.
