India Plaza Poor Management Complaint

Product: Rakho Prder

Warranty: Don’t Know

Employee: Rekha, Renuka, Jamine, Anthony, Sridevi, Sangameswaran
Complaint: I ordered a rakhi on 24th july to be delivered to my b-i-l in USA on 4th august. the order was not executed for reasons best know to indiaplaza and till date the above customer service representatives are trying to find out. Nor have it got any refund.

    Dear Nirmalraj,

    My order was placed on 24th July, to deliver a Rakhi to my Brother in Law.

    Why was the order not executed? Till date you or your colleagues have not replied.

    Secondly the refund was given after a series of email and nearly two months? Why?

    I have purchased many items in the past but off late have avoided indiaplaza as your customer service is very poor and not reliable.
