Indian Railways Refund Awaited For More Tthan 4 Months
I booked a ticket with PNR number 8545189269 on 12619 – MATSYAGANDHA Express for 25.07.2011 from LTT (Mumbai) to UD (Udupi) in 3 AC. The ticket was booked on indianrailways.gov.in. I approached them for cancellation on 25.07.2011. In response to customer care mail On Tue, Aug 2, 2011 at 9:40 PM, I submitted all details in the advised format thru mail : Wed, Aug 3, 2011 at 7:47 AM. Since then, I have been following up with customercare and receiving assurance of refund. Their e-mails dated 18.08.11, 03.09.11, 06.0.11 and 09.11.11 have been saved by me in pdf format. I can forward those in case you need it. NO REFUND TILL DATE.
