Product: 2.1 System not working properly, which require repair work

Employee: Owner of shop

Complaint: I have purchased the 2.1 system of intex from prem prakash electronics, vadodara. which is covered under 1 year warranty as written bu him on the bill given by him. Now after one month when i getback to him for service under warranty, he refused to give servive by telling me that you have to contact intex company service centre.

Whereas i have purchased from him, so definately he is responsible to provide service not the company.and in discussion i requested to him to collect my system & send to service centre by him as he is the contact person for me, but even he has refused to collect and provide me any kind of service.

Now service centre is opened for working hours and in that time i am on job which cost me heavy if i go to centre. what about the product cost, mental harrassment and my per hour cost.?
