Keeping in the dark for not able to repair the handset
I buyed Samsung Spica handset in march 2010 it was damaged in first three months of use and i was not able to use it again. I first sent the handset for repair in July which was given me back in September then again it developed same snag after 25 days the again i sent it for repair I was given it back after 45 days after usage for some thing like 10-12 days the same problem then i was given repeatedly delayed and the phone was given to me after the warranty period after 2 days of usage it developed same thing back and then i was said it can’t be repaired.
I repeatedly contact them but they denied so i am filing the complaint.
I was just buying there new handset but after this i think i will never like to go back with them.
And i am going to tell that there service center are just frauds.
