Khere Marriage Bureau Fraud
I’m Anuj Pandey want to launch a complain against Khere Marriage Bureau (Address- 176, Dwivedi Nagar, Naubasta, Kanpur, UP.)
I met with Mr. J P Khere who is the owner of Khere Marriage Bureau in Kanpur. I registered my profile in his marriage bureau on 26 Jan, 2011 for my marriage proposals. He charged me 2100/- as a registration charge & assured me that he will make me meet suitable profiles until one proposal get finalized, that is the only reason he is charging such high registration amount of 2100/- said by him.
He also told me that at the time of meeting any one, I will have to pay again 30 00/- to him and if proposal gets canceled then that money will be refunded to me so that was his another trap.
But after paying the registration amount he never contacted me for any proposals or any profile. I myself used to call him on a regular interval of 20-25 days and in response I just used to get fake promises & assurance by him.
At last I visited his office in the end of June (5 months of registration)and asked him the reason for his ignorance & also reminded him that he has charged me 2100/- for the service which he was failed to do. He again assured & asked me to give maximum of 1 month and told me that if this time he fails to arrange a meeting or provide me any profile then he will refund me complete money of 2100/ .
But even after a month I got no response or result from him, He just sent me a sms saying that he registered my profile on Brahminmatrimony.com which is an online service and the registration is absolutely free. He told me that now you search the suitable profiles on my own. I told him if I would have needed such free online registration then this work I could have done on my own, why would I pay someone 2100/- as a registration charge but he disconnected my phone and dint listen to me.
I again visited his office on 12 Aug, 2011 & told him politely that you asked me 1 month time when I visited in end of June and you again filed to deliver the service so as per your words you kindly give me back my money of 2100/-, he refused to give me the money and misbehaved & abused me.
So in this way he has done fraud with me. His intention is very much clear to trap the innocent people. He is a big time fraud.
I request you please take any action against this person, His name is J P Khere & Mob # +91 9935281291. I just want my money back of 2100/- as well as reasonable compensation against his fake promises every time, also for his misbehavior and mental harassment.
