Koncept Mahindra-Spare Parts Not Available Poor Service
Really afraid to mention that, after sales, service of Mahindra-Scorpio is horrible.
If you still want to listen why such hatred I posses for your organization here it is:-
My vehicle Scorpio-LX (DL 12 CA 1060) met with an Accident in (New Delhi)…
I imidiatly take it to the authorised service station (Koncept Automobiles – Okhla, New Delhi) Where i was told that the chases of the vehicle is damaged, the vehicle was insured and i told them to replace it so that i do not face any problem in future, But they repaired it and handed over to me. After taking a ride the vehicle starts bubbling after the speed of 90 km/hr, i went to the service station and ask them to sort out the problem, taking the car back to the service station was a very bad experience, no one was there to hear my problem, one whole day i wated there so that the problem to be rectified, but at last i left the vehicle in the service station itself. the vehicle was there for around one week, then also the problem was not rectified, daily i used to call them and timely i used to visit the service station. after three months they replaced the wheel rims of the car & the car started running perfect but mow again i am facing the same problem and one more i want to complaint that before changing the wheel rims they have told me that there is some problem with the steering and it will be changed within 20 days, but today almost 4 months have passed away and ther is no response to my complaints.
These guys repeatedly told me that the spare parts are not available in the company.
I was a big fool that i have purchased mahindra scorpio….
My Last option will be to go to the consumer court if the problems are not going to be rectified.
