Complaint: Dear Sir My name is Azam pasha I have a account in Kotak Mahindra Bank Sir my account number is 16764 anf customer relastionship numer is 24865850 on 18-06-2009 my salary has been deducted that was 3870 rs that was deducted on morning at eveining.

I had gone to HDFC Bank ATM I took 100 from that ATM at 5:30 pm then after 20:00min I had gone to Karnataka Bank Atm I made the transaction everything was correct but I didn’t got my amount I have typed 3700 rs

After that I have given the complaint to customer care on 20-06-2009 they told me after 15 days u will get your money back and after 15 days I got a call from Kotak Mahindra Bank from Mr Tirumal and he said u have to fill the charge back request form and I gone there amd met with Mr Abhishak and he given me the charge back request form and I filled that form he said me after 15 days u will get your money back

It’s a month till now I didn’t got my amount back they are not doing justice with me please do justice with me

    Hi,

    I see that an amount of Rs.827.25 has been deducted from my account (Account no.: 02870120005024) on 01/04/2010. The Narration given for the same is ‘Non Maintenance Charges’.
    This is certainly not acceptable. You cannot deduct any charges from a customer unless you have pre-notified the customer of the same. I want the amount to be reimbursed to my account at the earliest. Failing which I shall be left with no other option but terminate my account with the bank and lodge a complaint with the consumer forum. I want this to be sorted out on urgent priority and the money creditted to my account at the earliest.

    It is the worst bank i have come across with in the recent past. i shall not recommend anyone to open an account with this bnk . they only know how to get m,oney out of the customers without any rhym or reason. very unprofessional!

    my kind request to all not to go for Kotak Mahindra Bank, Due to Non Maintenance Charges’funda they are eating public money.

    Please Don’t go for this company and suggest your friends also

    kindly request kotak bank current saving bank holders carefully maintained minimum balance……. otherwise monthly charged nearly Rs: 1500 charged your account………. no balance charged debit balance………… account closing time settle full amount other wise added your name civil list………….. our banking regulation also sleeping in this type transaction

    Hi, please refer to 3 step complaint process on kotak site at link: http://www.kotak.com/bank/grievance/grievance_customer_care.htm

    if these do not work, put it directly to nodal officer or banking ombudsman, kotak is one such bank who will deduct money from innocent retail customer but wen they know the customer is wise, they will refund.

    HI,

    I havn’t faced any money related issue yet, but i have visited kotak bank nerul, new mumbai branch once to change my account details (address, phon no etc). They never cared about me and i went there 3 continuous days for this simple thing, It is my salary account, first they told me it is not activated and contact your HR, but it was activated and i was getting salary and next they told me problem with address proof, They never gave any attention to me each time i visited their branch. Finally i submitted all the address proof which they asked each time. These all done by 10 months back. Till now the address has not changed..
    Again I don’t want to waste my time for this stupid time pass. I called CCare and the person told me that , you can do it with in 10 minutes :) ..
    The funniest thing is they have mentioned my address almost full with right pincode, but post is chittoor (it is in AP) and state is Andra pradesh..
    But my adress should be kerala as per the adress proof, :) ) but kerala is also there in address !!!! so where the mail will go kerala ? andrapradesh ? which stupid person entered the address
