Complaint: Dear Sir my name is Azam Pasha Sir I have made the transaction on 18-06-2009 my account number is 16764 but I didn’t got the money from the atm after that I have given the complaint in the customer care then after 20 days.
I got a call that I have to fill the charge back request form then after 2 days I filled that form after that it is 20-30 days till know I didn’t got my money back my money was 3700 that was deducted from my account so I have completed all the formalities which I have to do for that transaction after 45 days they calling me and telling me that your transaction is over u have took the money.
when u was made the transaction when I made the transaction I was waiting there for 10-15 minits but then also I didn’t got my amount they have not made the justice for me so please I requesting u to please tell them to give my money back to me I had given the complaint on 20-06-2009 in the customer care so please let me know fast I will get my money or not its my humble request.
