Letsbuy.com Delivered Defective Item
I purchased a Canon IXUS 220 HS digital camera vide order ID LSB-473966 which was delivered to me on 12 oct. It has been a pure torture for me since. The camera is defective and shuts down automaticaly flashing an error message.
I tried to call their supposedly 24*7 customer care number 012444901234 inumerale times since but either the number is busy or I had the torture of listening to their music and announcement being in the queue for upto half an hour. I sent a e-mail to their customer care as well as sent my feedback on their website, but to no avail.
