Low speed in Idea 3G

Complaint Details

Im using idea internet since last 2 years.Recently i activated 3g and recharged with a 3g plan. I was shocked that the speed was only upto maximum of 25kbps.I contactd customer care.They gave me 20 days of time for the problm to be solved.But no response even after 1 month.I again complained but they said that there is no problem with me and i shud get very good speed.There solutions are just of no use.3 of my friends are facing exactly the same problem..

Please solve my problem.

    Mohd,
    I’m also experiencing the same problem.I’m gettin only 15KBps in 3G.I’ve registered a complaint but after 20 days they came up with no solution other than changing the APN.Which was of no use.
