Micromax A60 Mobile Service Complaint

I have purchased Micromax A60 handset from Nasik in Feb’11 for Rs.6800/- and is currently under warranty .

The handset was giving various problems since its purchase; like it gets hang many times, Its speaker volume was very low, Battery gets drain very fast and during vibration mode while incoming call it doesn’t vibration mode doesn’t off even after picking call.

I have submitted hand set in July 11 at Micromax Service center Micromax ref Job card no 1014058 dated 23/07/11 and reported to help line refer service request number:SR183800053 but returned after 20-25 days but it does not improve the status.

Again I have submitted my hand set for same issues on 03/09/11 ref no. 30417-0911-180461 /R1109fmh 0235031-03-09-11 to Service Centre and reported to help line no ref MMX2807118082 MMX2307114483 , MMX2109116432 dtd 210911. More than 2 months have already passed still help line person is asking me to wait till 20th Nov.

I don’t understand such a careless attitude by Micromax under warranty for a running model, even they promise me that there senior executive will speak to me but till date no one from Micromax spoke to me. Please help me to resolve the issue . I need my money back
